This cap below is PN 3546923. It has a diameter of 63 mm and It fits a Volvo wheel with a center hole of about 62 mm. An overlay size of about 62 or 63 mm will work on this cap.

This cap below is PN 30638643. It has an overall diameter of 60 mm with squared off top edges. It fits a Volvo wheel center hole of about 55 mm.

This RAISED logo center cap below is PN 31471435. It can be found on many 2017 and newer Volvo wheels.
This cap has an overall diameter of 63 mm and will fit a Volvo wheel with a center hole of about 62 mm.
Since this new cap has a raised Volvo logo, it is not really possible to add a custom overlay sticker or poly dome, HOWEVER, these caps are interchangeable with the earlier 63 mm center caps shown above (PN 3546923).

Directions for Curved or Domed Surfaces
These vinyl overlay labels have some flexibility and they can handle a curved or domed surface well.
If you have a domed surface, such as is found on many wheel center caps,
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS.
Make certain there is a CLEAN SURFACE, free of any grease or other residue (Armor All, wax, fingerprints etc). Using a cleaning solvent or de-greaser to clean the surface is a good idea.
Isopropryl alcohol works pretty well.

DRY METHOD:
It will be VERY helpful to WARM or HEAT up the label as you mount it so that it becomes more flexible. Using a heat gun or hair dryer usually works fine to soften the vinyl sticker. And then using a credit card or plastic squeegee tool to help smooth it out can work nicely too.

WET METHOD:

The customer who mounted these labels pictured above on 63 mm center caps used the "WET" method. This method usually requires someone with more experience, so I don't recommend this method for beginners unless you have extra labels to practice with.

The wet method involves using a spray bottle with slightly soapy water. The proper soap to use is liquid dish-washing soap, such as Dawn (don't use automatic dishwasher soap). Only a couple drops in a bottle of water is enough to make the water slick enough. This method is more difficult to master when dealing with a domed shape, since a wet sticker is harder to get to stick, so it takes time and patience.

Peel off the back lining and spray both the adhesive side of the label and the surface of the cap. Then place the label on the surface and slide it into position. Once it's in place you can begin squeegeeing the water and air out. Squeegee out water or air from the center to the outside edges. This can be done using your hands and a soft cloth or a plastic squeegee if you have one. Some have used a credit card too..

After completing installation, if you find that the curve seems too sharp and the label edge is having trouble staying down (beginning to lift), some heat from a heat gun or hair drier as mentioned in the dry method above will help. Also using some heat when this it all dry and done is a good technique to help "SET" or stabilize the vinyl. Heating the vinyl will help it to stay in a curved shape.
Keep in mind an experience person installed the above labels, but he told me DID NOT have to use any heat for this installation.

Fitting 63 mm Dome Overlays on SMALLER Center Caps

Here's and idea if you want to try using one of the above 63 mm poly dome styles on your wheels, but the wheels use smaller center caps.
Here's what I did on my 240.
It so happens my non-Volvo wheels on my 240 have 55 mm center holes, so the below pictured Volvo caps will fit (PN 30638643). I found a used set.
This cap overall width is about 60 mm, slightly smaller that a 63 poly dome I used.

The Volvo top is glued on with soft glue, so it pulls off easily. You just need to clean off that gooey adhesive. It comes off easily.

The new MOOSE dome was added to the center caps.

I inserted the center caps into the wheels without the Volvo tops and they were very close to being flush with the wheel surface.
Then I stuck the new moose dome over it. Since in this case the poly dome was slightly bigger than the center hole by a couple millimeters, it slightly overlapped the wheel surface, which came out great.

Turned out to be a nice fit.

<<< Jeff P from Raleigh, NC sent these photos of his Aries wheels and center caps he refinished on his Volvo. He sprayed them with three coats of PlastiDip aerosol in Gunmetal Gray and then three coats of PlastiDip aerosol Smoke (semi-transparent) to darken them slightly. After letting them cure for a few days, he cleaned them with "organic" glass cleaner and applied black 3.5 inch die-cut decals. Jeff says the die-cuts look great on the dark gray and there was no issue with them adhering to the PlastiDip surface. He says the actual finish is a little lighter than these photos show.
