This cluster BELOW is an original 240 Rallye cluster, which was made
available as an option by Volvo in their R-Sport performance
accessory line. |

|
The below CUSTOM gauge face overlays are designed to restore the look of these gauges if yours are faded or damaged. These faces are printed on professional grade vinyl with peel and stick adhesive on the back. All odometer windows or "cut-outs" will be done for you before these are sent. |

| Below set:
Style-A 130 MPH Original Restoration Style set. These sets are called "Original Restoration Style" sets, because they were made with great detail to replicate the original faces. The special type font for these had to be created one character at a time. These overlays can be used to restore an old faded set of gauges. All odometer windows or "cut-outs" will be done for you before these are sent. |

| OPTIONAL CHANGES Optional Alternate Oil Pressure Face - 5 kp/cm² There is no extra charge to use this 5 kp/cm² face (5 bar) instead of the original 10 kp/cm² (10 bar). Using this 5 bar face allows you to use a standard 5 bar oil pressure sender on your engine, which can be the same 2-pole sender from a 240 Turbo B21FT/ET. |

| Below Images Style B: RARE Original 'VOLVO RALLYE' Gauge Cluster The below gauge cluster is an extremely rare original 'VOLVO RALLYE' cluster (believed to be an EARLY PROTOTYPE). The story that came with this photo below is these were the first generation gauge clusters made by VDO for Volvo racing teams before they began producing them as they are now known to be. Aside from the 'VOLVO RALLYE' text, this set had a 5 Bar oil pressure gauge. |

Style-B RARE 'Volvo Rallye' 200 km/h (or 130 MPH) set. These sets are called "RARE Volvo Rallye Style" sets. This set may be made with an optional 130 MPH speedometer or optional 10 bar Oil Pressure. All odometer windows or "cut-outs" will be done for you before these are sent. |

gauges never came in white, but there have
been a few requests. Below set: STYLE-C 130 MPH set, same style as above 'Restoration' sets, except it's white with black text. This set is also available with a 200 km/h speedometer if needed. All odometer windows or "cut-outs" will be done for you before these are sent. |

 Adhesion Promoter is recommended to
improve the installation of gauge face overlays. It is
not needed in all situations, however if your car may be
subjected to high interior temperatures frequently
(parked outside) or many times over the years, the
adhesive on the backs of overlays can soften and allow
the edges to lift. Applying a little of this before
installation on the faceplate edges will greatly improve
adhesion. For convenience, a cotton swab is included.
This isn't some mythical snake-oil. It has been tested
and it works.Applying this stuff is easy. Dip the cotton swab in the liquid and smear the edges of the face plates where the overlays will be. It dries in seconds. CAUTION: Using this stuff makes things stick very well, so be careful when placing the overlay down. It will be harder to lift and re-position. To Check Out or View Cart, click below button.
